Job role: We are looking for an EXPERIENCED SALES AGENT for Lago de Linya´s EcoLuxe Resort.
This successful candidate will be responsible for the sale of plots, ranches, villas and country houses.
Your main tasks will be:
Contact with select and high quality real estate brokers across Europe
Reception of potential buyers in Barcelona
Closing the deals
The profile we are looking for:
Wide experience as a REAL ESTATE AGENT in a similar position (experience in the sale of villas in Marbella, for example),
Holder of a driving licence,
Initiative and independence; efficient and pleasant person with good interpersonal skills,
Hard-working and good communication skills
Excellent spoken and written command of Spanish and English. Dutch will be a plus.
Good organizational skills,
Interested in a healthy lifestyle
Smart appearance
Well connected with real estate agents and other useful contacts
